Our Business Development team focuses on expanding Iron Mountain’s footprint through high-impact solution selling, strategic networking, and robust account planning to deliver real value to our clients.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Strategic Account Management & Assessment: Assess prospective and assigned customer needs, develop tailored business plans, and articulate alternative ways to deliver the full value of Iron Mountain’s total solution offerings.
Relationship Building & Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate long-term client relationships, influence key stakeholders and channel partners, and maintain frequent communication to educate customers on emerging industry trends.
Pipeline Generation & Prospecting: Continuously prospect to expand existing relationships and win net new clients, leveraging Salesforce (SFDC) to track activities, manage Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, and maintain a consistent pipeline.
Industry Awareness & Market Expertise: Actively participate in industry associations, trade shows, and market research to stay ahead of macroeconomic trends and identify new commercial opportunities.
Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead commercial negotiations from proposal to close, ensuring optimal outcomes across pricing, profitability, liabilities, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
The ideal candidate will have:
4 to 7 years of experience in strategic account management, sales processes, and solution selling.
Strong knowledge of the Indonesia Market, with a proven track record of handling accounts across Financial Services Institutions (FSI), Retail, and Commercial industries.
Proven ability to translate customer needs into compelling value propositions using advanced Power Messaging and Challenger Selling methodologies.
Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to team effectively with personnel at all levels, including C-level executives.
Robust interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills paired with sharp business acumen for effective decision-making.
A 4-year College Degree.
