Some of what you will do:
The Business Development Executive II (BDEII) is responsible for prospecting and closing net-new Large Market accounts delivering $750k-$1MM in revenue annually. The BDE serves as the primary contact for prospect decision-makers and will lead the sales process in prospecting, converting and implementing customer partnerships. The BDE works closely with the Account Management Team, Pricing Teams, Integration Team, Sales Leadership and other company resources to successfully prospect and ultimately onboard customers to Staples.
Specifically, You Will:
Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise-level business opportunities focused on strategic revenue growth.
Build and maintain executive relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers across target organizations.
Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and execution of multi-million-dollar agreements.
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities while consistently exceeding growth targets.
Deliver strategic presentations, proposals, and tailored solutions that position the organization as a trusted enterprise partner.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
Work is in the field, in office and/or remote.
This role involves limited travel through Canada and the USA.
