Responsibilities

The candidate will be an integral part of our growing team responsible for the capture, development, and production of large proposals. To excel in this role, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, have excellent people skills, and be comfortable pitching and presenting to customers in both formal and casual settings. Candidate must be flexible with schedule (occasional weeknights/weekends) to meet multiple RFP deadlines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Research and track potential business opportunities
  • Cultivate new and existing sub-contractor relationships
  • Assist in developing large-scale proposals and bid submissions
  • Possess business expertise
  • Proficiency in all MS Suite products
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong networking skills
Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Experience in the commercial and government proposal process
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience required
  • Knowledge of the facilities management, real estate, or construction industry is highly desired
