Responsibilities- Establish and build client relationships
- Evaluate Customer potential, determine opportunities for growth
- Encourage use of web tools and web quotations
- For selected growth accounts, prepare rate proposals, timely and competitive.
- Give feedback on the market including rates, competition activities, market conditions etc to all relevant stakeholders
- Follow up on customer business, quotations, freetime
- Achieve Core Key Performance indicators
- Examine challenges and problems and generate possible solutions
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a commercial role/customer service role, preferably in the maritime / logistics sector
- Very good command of written and spoken Thai & English
- Strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Positive attitude
- Result driven team player with a proactive attitude

Skills Required
