As a Business Development Associate, you will drive business growth by developing existing clients and identifying new sales opportunities. Reporting to the Business Development Lead, you will execute acquisition strategies, build client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand Lalamove’s business. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.

What you'll do
- Identify and explore new business opportunities to maintain a strong pipeline in accordance with sales strategy and formulate business development plans periodically
- Take the lead and monitor business projects or campaigns to achieve the expected result
- Lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with our local partners, and ensure economic sustainability and mutual growth of the partnership
- Prepare & deliver professional presentations, logistics solutions, quotations (RFQ/ RFP), and biddings
- Analyze and present data reports and business analysis to internal stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging opportunities to drive continuous improvement and competitive advantage
