monday.com is looking for an experienced and passionate Business Data Analyst to join our Customer Experience organization. In this role, you will be a key-factor in leading the data strategy across various projects. Our team values owning the outcome, focusing on driving impact, and putting our customer experience first.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a leader and influence the direction of impactful initiatives, while identifying and enhancing opportunities to improve the day-to-day operations of the CX Organization.
About The Role:
- Analyze complex data sets independently, identify key insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Create and maintain dashboards to track performance, monitor KPIs, and communicate insights to the team through occasional business reviews.
- Manage end-to-end projects by partnering with stakeholders to achieve our OKR goals. Drive experimentation by designing tests and analyzing the outcomes in order to make launch decisions.
- Assist operational teams with implementing advanced capabilities such as AI tools, work-force management tools, and much more.
- Plan, monitor and analyze AB tests for new features and capabilities.
- Collaborate with data engineers and BI developers to better log data and manage the accessibility of data tables.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience in a similar data analysis role
- Proficient level of SQL is a must
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) is a must
- Exceptional data visualization skills
- Experience with statistical modeling and AB test methodologies
- Ability to tell the story and present the results in a clear and interesting way
- Fluent in English & comfortable communicating with stakeholders around the globe
- Quick learner who thrives in a high pace environment
- Excellent team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer Experience Knowledge from SAAS companies is a plus
For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $90,000-$120,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
