• Familiarity with scheduling tools and project management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional) can be an added advantage.
