• Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
• Ensure documents are easily accessible and up to date.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an assistant or similar administrative role.
• Proven track record of supporting senior executives or management teams.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and project management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional) can be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of travel coordination and expense management.
• Familiarity with corporate policies and procedures.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
