Your day to day will include:
- Coordinating the monthly closing across all offices and ensuring accurate, timely reporting
- Owning Supercharge’s closing process, including cost accruals and revenue recognition
- Driving the budgeting and forecasting process from planning through execution
- Partnering with external accountants to ensure smooth financial operations
- Preparing insightful monthly management reports that support business decisions
- Supporting group audit activities and ensuring a seamless audit process
- Managing ad hoc financial reporting and proactively driving solutions for day-to-day financial and accounting matters
What makes you thrive here:
- University degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Accounting is a plus)
- 5+ years of professional experience in controlling, accounting, and/or audit
- Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and controlling
- Advanced Google Sheets (MS Excel) skills
- Confident communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Structured, precise, and independent way of working with great attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
- High personal standards for data quality, accuracy, and well-structured documentation

Skills Required
