Lead product discovery and definition for complex B2B digital systems in regulated industries. Facilitate workshops, map user journeys, produce wireframes and AI-powered prototypes, guide UX/UI designers, plan user research, and translate business objectives into development-ready requirements while collaborating closely with analysts, architects, and engineers.

The Principal Data & AI Consultant leads data-related projects, manages revenue targets, supports sales efforts, and coordinates with teams to deliver integrated AI solutions while ensuring client satisfaction and account growth.

Support People Team and Payroll Specialist with monthly payroll administration, data validation, employee data maintenance, onboarding/offboarding paperwork, document/template preparation, and ad-hoc HR administration. Heavy focus during payroll periods and maintaining accurate trackers and filings.

Lead and build the Energy Business Unit sales function: create GTM strategy, own pipeline and targets, grow a small sales team, win new clients across European and global energy markets, run long RFP/tender-driven sales cycles, set pricing for productised software solutions, and partner with energy and AI teams to commercialise IP and drive revenue and margin.
