- Responsible for revenue and cost control for at least 2 operational rigs
- Budgeting process- cooperation with Rig Managers
- Cooperation with Rig Managers during CAPEX outlook file preparation
- Complex analysis of all revenue streams. Checking compliance with the sales contract, mark-up validation, invoicing supervision, accruals preparation, deviation analysis & comments
- Comprehensive OPEX and CAPEX cost control. Actuals vs budget difference analysis, preparation of extensive explanations, accruals posting, reporting
- Preparing and conducting regular meetings with business stakeholders, presenting current and YTD financial situation, including a discussion on future periods
- Projects control: project creation, maintenance, detailed cost monitoring, invoicing & summary memo preparation
- ERP/HFM/Cost control tools interface reconciliation
- Daily cooperation with Finance Team (GL, AP, AR, LA), Regional Finance Managers, Supply Chain, Logistics & HR teams
- Supporting new joiners
- Processes & tools improvements
- Adapting new assets to Noble processes after ERP migrations, mergers and acquisition
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on business or cost controlling
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Advanced accounting knowledge, particularly in revenue and cost accounting
- Knowledge of project cost controlling within an ERP system
- In-depth understanding of finance processes and policies, with the ability to apply them in daily work
- Experience with OneStream, HFM or similar systems preferred
- Experience working in international environments
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Proactive approach to improving individual and team performance
- Willingness to travel and an international mindset

Skills Required
