About the Role 

As a Business Controller, you will be a key financial partner, working closely with business leaders to provide insights that drive informed decisions and improve performance. While your primary focus will be on the numbers, your role will also involve supporting strategic initiatives, fostering innovation, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations in a collaborative, dynamic environment. 

Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 
  • A few years of hands-on experience in financial controlling, reporting, or similar finance roles. 
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with senior managers and executives to provide strategic insights and support 
  • Advanced skills in financial analysis and Excel modeling. 
  • Exceptional communication abilities in English (C1) and Polish. 
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and anticipate challenges. 
  • Experience with Power BI dashboards or an eagerness to learn (preferred). 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Strategic Finance Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to business owners, providing real-time analysis and actionable insights to support decision-making. 
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Lead the preparation and coordination of financial budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
  • Revenue and Cost Analysis: Dive deep into numbers to challenge business assumptions and uncover growth and efficiency opportunities. 
  • Business Development Support: Consult on pricing, commercial finance, and new account strategies to drive revenue growth. 
  • Reporting Excellence: Create and deliver monthly management reports, variance analyses, and performance dashboards for key stakeholders. 
  • Process Transformation: Analyze and optimize business processes, implement cost-saving measures, and support the transition to data-driven decision-making. 
  • Compliance Leadership: Ensure adherence to corporate policies and standards across all financial operations. 
  • Innovation in Reporting: Partner with teams to design Power BI dashboards and enhance reporting capabilities.
