About the job

We are currently looking for a Business Continuity Management Expert to strengthen our Cronos Europa team and contribute to large‑scale IT programmes within the European Institutions.

The place of the delivery will be in Poland (Warsaw).

Responsibilities

• Baseline Analysis of BCMS Documentation.
• Data Consolidation and Analysis.
• Consistency and Alignment Control.
• Quality Assurance and Document Standardisation.
• Gap Analysis and Improvement Proposals.
• Support to BCMS Integration.
• Documentation drafting and Consolidation.
• Administration and Operational Support to the Task Force BCMS.

Your Profile

• You have a bachelor or Master degree in IT.
• You are fluent in English (minimum level C1).
• You have minimum 3 years of relevant professional IT experience.
• You have minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Extensive practical experience of Business Continuity Management.
• Holds excellent knowledge of Business Continuity Management (e.g. framework, processes, strategy development, BIA, BCP, RTO, RPO, CBF etc.).
• Advanced knowledge of risk management frameworks, assessments and analysis, risk mitigation, standards, methodologies, tools, guidelines and best practices.
• Knowledge and experience in area of data consolidation and data analysis.
• Knowledge in business analysis and business processes modelling, analysis/modelling notations (e.g. UML, BPMN, etc.) and use of modelling tools.
• Knowledge in applying project management methodologies and methods.
• Familiar with project management approaches, project management tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
• Knowledge and experience in area of administrative tools, i.e. MS Office tools and others.
• High level of initiative and good communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very strong sense of responsibility.
• Accuracy and attention to details.
• Sense of tact and diplomacy.
• Friendly, supportive and helpful personality with co-operative and service-oriented attitude.

Required Certificates

• ITIL® 4 Foundation (or higher, e.g. Managing Professional) or an equivalent certification or minimum 1 year of IT relevant professional experience above required minimum in IT Service Management, IT operations, or support to critical IT services may be accepted as equivalent.
• Business Continuity Management – Foundation or an equivalent certification or minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position above required minimum experience at a similar position.
• Business Analysis certification at foundation/entry level (e.g. ECBA, UML Professional, BPM 2 or equivalent or any higher levels like CCBA, CBAP, etc.) or an equivalent certification or minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar position, above required minimum experience in business analysis, process analysis.
• PRINCE2® Foundation or PM² (PM Square) certification or an equivalent certification or minimum 1 year of IT relevant professional experience above required minimum.

At least one (1) certification from the list above is mandatory and cannot be compensated with relevant professional experience (if at least 1 certification is provided, then all others can be compensated with professional experience).  Each equivalent certification must be recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority).
