Position Overview
The BCP Admin Intern will be communicating directions between the VP People to the People Department, ensuring smooth flow of directions and information. This role involves ensuring the clear relay of directives, assisting in the documentation of policies and business continuity plans, and contributing to key BCP activities such as business impact analyses, risk assessments, and the development of recovery strategies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Writing
- Creation of documents, including project plans, policies and other relevant BC documents
- Document prospect locations for wiring installations
IT Disaster Recovery Support
- Supporting the Business Continuity Coordinator in coordinating with the Technology team to ensure that effective recovery strategies are developed, documented, and ready for implementation in the event of a disruption or disaster.
Vendor Coordination
- Assists Admin Team in conducting site oculars
- Report to customization vendor based on the prospect site location
- Report solar vendor for site location
Additional Duties:
- Accomplishes administrative and clerical tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Accomplishes tasks set out by the immediate supervisor.
