About this opportunity:
We are looking for a highly experienced Solution Architect - RND Supervisor who will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals.
What you will do:• Stay abreast of new technology / technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build.• Analyze customer technology, define business requirements , and participate in risk analysis.• Help create effective solutions through activities in network design, planning and deployment• Participate in customer projects, including project definition, project management , tasks, design and verification of implemented solutions.• Design solutions and drive end to end technical solutions during delivery• Develop and review project design documents and ensure that implementation meets the design requirements.• Achieve high quality of in scope project deliverables (i.e requirements analysis, HLD, LLD, configurations , acceptance, KPIs, reports, etc)• Lead the deployment • Plan, implement and lead migration activities• Active participation in coaching and mentoring during knowledge sharing to other team members.• Offer support and guidance to customer support teams, during postproduction project activities

Qualifications:
Strong experience with RF Design and familiar with Prediction tools such as Mentum, etc
Good experience in Design of Mobile network
Excellent presentation, writing and communication skill
University Degree in Engineering (IT or Telecom) or the equivalent
With at least 8-10 years of relevant experience as a Solution Architect and has worked/currently working for a telecommunications organization
Amenable to work in CDO/Davao
