Job Description
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design and develop RPA solutions using Blue Prism, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including process definition documents (PDDs) and solution design documents (SDDs).
- Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to gather and refine requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of automated processes.
- Deploy and maintain Blue Prism robots and processes in production environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA solutions.
- Monitor the performance and effectiveness of deployed automations.
- Stay abreast of the latest RPA technologies and Blue Prism features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development, specifically with Blue Prism.
- Strong understanding of Blue Prism architecture, components, and functionalities.
- Proficiency in creating and configuring Blue Prism objects, processes, and workflows.
- Experience with Blue Prism's Control Room, Release Manager, and other platform tools.
- Familiarity with various automation techniques, including surface automation, API integration, and data extraction.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL) and experience with data manipulation.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
