Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and analytically minded professional, to lead the analysis and communication of affordability initiative results across Network, Clinical and Payment Integrity functions. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, excellent data-driven storytelling skills, and the ability to translate complex financial and operational data into executive-ready insights that drive impactful decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop data-driven narratives and presentation materials to communicate results of affordability initiatives to stakeholders.
- Play a key role in forecast exercises, by maintaining initiative-tracking model, ensuring seamless & up-to-date integration with Medical Economics financial projections.
- Facilitate collaboration between Clinical, Network and Payment integrity teams with Medical Economics, to build the bottom’s up list of affordability initiatives that will deliver on our financial goals.
- Contribute to enhance the framework for the submission of financial business cases for initiatives, including the creation of tools and guidelines on how initiative’s benefits are calculated and measured.
- Create and maintain a retrospective business cases tracking process, to evaluate the realized financial impact against original submitted projections.
Required Skills & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, finance, or similar.
- 6+ years of experience in finance / actuarial / data analytics role, preferably medical insurance related.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Alteryx Designer / SAS enterprise, or similar.
- High level of numeracy, attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to abstract technical insights and translate them into simple, strategic messages.
