- Develop in-depth platform knowledge to communicate effectively and document functionalities/insights for clients.
- Deliver data-driven insights to improve client engagement and decision making.
- Promptly address and resolve daily client queries to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, and other functions to align workflows, track requirements, and ensure timely delivery.
- AI-assisted prototyping, data analysis, workflow automation, project execution using tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, n8n, OpenAI, Manus, Claude etc
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in an analytical role (retail preferred).
- Good mathematical acumen, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hands-on SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint (preferred).
- AI-inclined aptitude with demonstrated use of AI tools in past projects (analysis automation, rapid prototyping, workflow automations).
