AI Powered Tech Talent
You will design, configure, and enhance SAP CRM Sales processes while using AI assisted development tools and copilots to accelerate requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. This role is centered on delivering seamless customer engagement and sales automation capabilities, integrating pre built AI services where valuable, and boosting efficiency through AI enabled productivity—without requiring deep model development, RAG systems, or agentic AI engineering.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Functional & Technical Delivery
Configure and optimize SAP CRM Sales functions including:
o Opportunity & Pipeline Management
o Lead Management & Territory Management
o Activities, Tasks & Interactions
o Quotation Management & Order Capture
o Partner Determination, Pricing, and Actions
Use AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate configuration logic, automate test case creation, and streamline documentation.
Conduct end to end CRM delivery: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT, deployment, and hypercare support.
Integrate CRM with ECC/S4 (SD, FI), third party sales platforms, middleware, and customer facing applications.
AI Assisted Productivity
Apply AI copilots for:
o Requirement summarization
o Pipeline data interpretation
o Impact analysis
o Automated documentation
o Test script generation
Utilize pre built AI capabilities to enrich CRM processes—for example:
o Lead scoring using pre-trained AI services
o Automated summarization of customer interactions
o Classification of sales tickets or cases
o Duplicate detection for contacts or opportunities
Use LLM assisted troubleshooting to reduce time spent resolving defects and configuration inconsistencies.
Governance, Quality & Collaboration
Ensure alignment with SDLC processes, sales governance rules, audit requirements, and customer data protection guidelines.
Participate in workshops, design reviews, and solution optimization sessions supported by AI driven analysis and insights.
Collaborate with sales teams, marketing, customer service, data teams, and integration teams to ensure smooth end to end processes.
Contribute to reusable CRM templates, configuration guidelines, and AI enhanced documentation best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
SAP CRM Sales Expertise
Hands on experience across CRM Sales functionalities including opportunities, leads, quotations, pricing, partner processing, and actions.
Understanding of CRM middleware, BDOC flows, and integration with ERP for pricing, availability, and order processing.
Familiarity with customer master data, business partner roles, organizational model, and transaction processing.
AI Ready Skills
Experience using AI copilots, automated documentation accelerators, and AI-assisted test or configuration validation tools.
Ability to adopt and embed pre built AI services (not custom model building) into CRM workflows for insights and automation.
Understanding of responsible AI practices, data privacy expectations, and limitations of AI in customer facing scenarios.
General Professional Skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills in customer/sales processes.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions.
Clear communication and stakeholder management skills across business and IT teams.
Continuous learning mindset and comfort working with AI supported tools.
Good to Have
Experience with SAP C4C / SAP Customer Experience (CX) suite.
SAP CRM Sales Certification.
Exposure to integrations with CPQ, e commerce platforms, or mobile sales applications.
Familiarity with workflow automation and CRM related analytics.
