Role Overview:

As a Business Analyst at Finkraft.ai, you will play a pivotal role in understanding the requirements of our diverse client base and translating them into actionable insights and solutions. You will collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure the seamless integration of data, analytics, and technology to drive exceptional client outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements, pain points, and objectives to identify opportunities for enhancing our GST reconciliation SAAS platform.

- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather and define clear business requirements.

- Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements, use cases, and process flows to guide product development and enhancements.

- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.

- Utilize data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Zoho Analytics) to provide insights and recommendations to clients, enabling them to make informed decisions.

- Define and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that developed solutions meet business requirements.

- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the development lifecycle.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance our product offerings continually and client experience.



Requirements


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a technology or SAAS environment.

- Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Zoho Analytics, Power BI).

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience working in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development.

- Proven ability to translate client needs into clear and actionable business requirements.

- Understanding of GST reconciliation processes and compliance is a plus.
