We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Belgrade and play a key role in supporting our portfolio of patent intelligence products.
In this role, you will contribute to project-based initiatives across multiple products, helping bring structure to complex systems and ensuring alignment between business needs and product evolution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support analysis, define requirements, and enable smooth project delivery.
About you – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- At least 2 years of experience with Excel, Jira, Confluence or similar tools
- Proficiency in English
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
It would be great if you also have
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Previous experience with structured data models or system integrations
- Exposure to product, platform migration, or analytics-driven projects
What will you be doing in this role?
- Work on project-based initiatives such as platform migrations, product integrations, and enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and align requirements across multiple systems and products
- Analyze existing systems and processes and support the design of solutions that address new business and technical requirements.
- Support project planning and execution, tracking progress and dependencies
- Work with structured data and data models, using Excel and other tools to support analysis and decision-making
- Partner with product, engineering, and user research teams to incorporate customer feedback into product improvements
- Create and maintain clear documentation, ensuring accuracy and strong attention to detail
About the Team
You’ll be part of a global team working on patent intelligence products used by professionals worldwide. You will report directly to Senior Director, Product Management.

Hours of Work
This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.
This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
