- Build and maintain dashboards for security metrics, vulnerability trends, and operational KPIs.
- Use SQL and scripting (Python preferred) for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Configure and customize secure workflows, access controls, and compliance reporting.
- Analyze PSA & CRM data to identify patterns impacting profitability and operational efficiency.
