Gather and finalize requirements with laboratory stakeholders and solution SMEs. Lead workshops to map data workflows, instruments, systems, and test materials for automation. Assess process maturity, implementation gaps, and integration risks across StarLIMS sites. Serve as liaison between site and project teams, track integration milestones and dependencies, report risks, and support stakeholder management alongside the project manager and business owners.

- Experience reviewing and finalizing requirements with business owners and solution SMEs
- Understanding of gap assessment processes and deliverables
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading requirements-gathering workshops with laboratory stakeholders
- Experience mapping end-to-end data workflows, instruments, systems, and test materials for automation
