You will be the bridge between vision and execution—responsible for taking complex ideas and turning them into clear, actionable requirements. You’ll work day-to-day with the team to ensure we are always building the highest-value items while maintaining a smooth, efficient delivery flow.

- Quality & Design Alignment: Experience working closely with QEs to define acceptance criteria and Designers to ensure functional requirements match the user experience.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to identify "high-value" items to ensure the team stays focused on priorities that move the needle.
- Tooling: Proficiency with Agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to spot bottlenecks in the process and suggest ways to improve ticket cycle time and flow.
- Agile Methodologies: Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
- Embedding Best Practices: A passion for continuous improvement and helping the team adopt leaner ways of working.
- Self-Driven: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working with little supervision to get the job done.
