About the role
The Group Performance Reporting & Analysis team supports the Executive team and Board with performance insight to enable strategic decision‑making across markets, categories and channels.
Within the wider team, the Group Management Reporting function delivers high‑quality analysis of financial performance across the Group. The role partners closely with the Office of the CFO, Global Planning, and Finance BI teams, working with global markets to provide clear, timely and decision‑relevant insights to the Dyson Executive team and Board, leveraging standardised reporting frameworks and visualisation tools such as Tableau.
You will be a qualified accountant and analyst with a strong eye for detail, high standards of data integrity, and a pragmatic, flexible approach. Strong interpersonal, communication and commercial skills are essential.
You will:
- Demonstrates solid professional proficiency with 3–7 years of experience in performance management and reporting analysis
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy across reporting packages and senior leadership narratives
- Work with the Group Management Reporting team to deliver timely, high‑quality month‑end reporting and performance analysis for the Executive team and Board
- Partner closely with the Office of the CFO, Global Planning, Accounting and Finance BI teams to ensure alignment between management reporting, planning narratives and BI outputs
- Lead elements of Group Management Reporting, including actuals close, Executive and Board reporting packs, performance commentary and Tableau‑based reporting outputs
- Build strong relationships with Finance teams globally to drive consistency and standardisation in management reporting and dashboards
- Support ad‑hoc analysis and senior‑stakeholder requests, including Board‑level and CFO‑sponsored topics
- Drive continuous improvements in the Group Management Reporting framework, processes, systems and reporting estate
About you
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint capability; experience with OneStream is beneficial
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, control and data integrity
- A strong appetite to develop reporting processes, dashboards and systems to drive efficiency and insight
- A flexible approach with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- High commercial awareness with the ability to interpret performance trends and translate data into clear Executive and Board‑level insights
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and build effective partnerships with senior stakeholders, including the Office of the CFO and global teams
- Based in Singapore office. Applicants should already hold the appropriate right to work in the role location, as sponsorship is not available for this position

Skills Required
