In this highly visible role, you’ll play a key part in advancing our analytical capabilities within Integrated Business Planning (IBP), empowering leaders with insights that drive smarter, faster, data‑driven decisions.
As Siemens Healthineers navigates an increasingly complex global landscape, your work will directly support the evolution of an operating model built for efficiency, agility, and speed - helping IBP serve as a foundational enabler of our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing dashboards and reporting capabilities to support the CLS Business line, including Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and the Project Management Office (PMO)
Providing regular reports and analyses on topics central to Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
Improving business processes by analyzing complex datasets, creating compelling visualizations to communicate insights effectively and translating into clear actionable recommendations
Support strategic projects with analytical support to drive data-driven decisions that improve business outcomes, requiring broad analyses crossing functional boundaries including supply chain, commercial, service, marketing, and finance
Driving data governance across IBP; ensuring a single set of numbers across all forums
Engaging cross-functionally to identify, collate, and integrate data sources that provide insights to drive business line strategy and enable scenario planning
Fulfilling ad-hoc requests in support of Integrated Business Planning, Strategic Projects, and other key business processes

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related fields
3-5 years of experience working cross-functionally in data analysis, business intelligence or IBP/S&OP environments
High proficiency in SQL, Excel (PowerQuery/PowerPivot) and data visualization tools (PowerBI)
Highly organized, with analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Able to utilize operational and business acumen to frame problems and structure analyses
Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and recommendations to diverse audiences
Must be able to collaborate in a team environment and across functional boundaries
Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated
Willing to travel as necessary and appropriate, including internationally
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a regulated / FDA environment
Prior experience working in a large, matrixed organization
Familiarity with Python/R, databases (e.g. Snowflake), ERP systems (e.g. SAP), IBP Platforms (e.g. Kinaxis) preferred

The base pay range for this position is:
$89,220 - $122,683Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
