- Perform routine data audits, identify discrepancies, and partner with stakeholders to resolve issues
- Develop, update, and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, procedures, user guides, and job aids
- Support and participate in VRM projects and initiatives, owning assigned tasks and deliverables
- Assist with system and process testing, including enhancements and upgrades, documenting results and validating outcomes
- Support onboarding and training of new team members and end users
- Act as a subject matter expert for VRM processes and supporting systems
- Use analytical tools (primarily Excel) to extract, analyze, and report data
- Contribute to efficiency improvements, including the use of AI or automation tools where applicable
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with enterprise systems or workflow tools (ServiceNow is a strong plus, but not required)
- Understanding of Vendor Risk Management, Third‑Party Risk Management, compliance, or risk‑related environments
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy mindset
- Experience creating and maintaining structured documentation (SOPs, procedures, manuals, guides)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Openness to learning new systems and continuously improving processes
Nice to Have
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow (especially GRC or similar modules)
- Experience supporting audits or compliance‑driven programs
- Exposure to AI‑enabled tools or automation initiatives
- Background in insurance, financial services, fintech, or consulting
