Job Summary
The Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Strategy & Business Development team by delivering high quality data analysis, building robust business models, ensuring system data integrity, and providing meaningful KPI insights. This role ensures the organization has reliable, actionable information to drive commercial efficiency and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Sales Analytics
- Develop, manage, and run complex business analytical models.
- Provide ongoing analytical support to the Sales Effectiveness function.
- Design and implement sales reports, dashboards, and comparative performance analyses.
- Assess salesforce effectiveness, coverage, productivity, and market penetration.
- Identify trends and patterns, translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
Data Integrity & Systems
- Lead data integrity initiatives and regular system clean‑ups.
- Partner with IT and Sales Reporting teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Work with digitalized metrics and dashboards to enhance transparency and decision-making.
Reporting & KPI Management
- Monitor regional KPIs and deliver clear performance updates.
- Maintain distribution lists, reporting structures, and shared analytical resources.
- Present insights to cross-functional teams in a concise, compelling way.
Required Tools & Systems Experience
The candidate should be an experienced user of:
- SAP
- Business Warehouse (BW)
- AIS (or similar systems)
- Power BI
Experience extracting data, performing deep analyses, identifying trends, and providing recommendations is essential.
