- Requirements Management: Elicit, analyze, and document clear business and technical requirements using artifacts like Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Process Optimization: Conduct thorough reviews of current business processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, recommending automation or re-engineering strategies.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between business units (e.g., Finance, Sales) and IT teams to ensure all parties are aligned on project objectives.
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Use statistical methods and tools to interpret complex data, creating dashboards and reports that inform executive decision-making.
- Testing & Validation: Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test plans and ensuring delivered solutions meet the original business requirements.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in developing business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments for proposed initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, Power Query) and SQL for data retrieval.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with project management software like Jira or Confluence.
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking, negotiation, and communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
