Business Analytics & Insights (BA&I) Lead, CEE (m/f)
Kramp is transforming and you can be part of that change.
In 2024 we’ve created Cluster Management Teams to strengthen our connection to local markets and boost our responsiveness to regional opportunities. To support the CEE Cluster, we are looking for a proactive Business Analyst to join our global team and help shape the future of how we do business in one of our most dynamic regions.
As a Business Analytics & Insights (BA&I) Lead you will be part of the Analytics, Insights & Transformation (AI&T) department, the central problem-solving hub of Kramp. You will work closely with leaders across the CEE Cluster and the wider Kramp Group to identify challenges, analyse data, and deliver actionable solutions that drive performance and growth.
Our team of BA&I leads act as the “firefighters” of Kramp, ready to tackle complex issues and make an impact across each in both commerce and supply chain.
In this role, you will report to the Business Analysis Manager.
What is your role?
You’ll play a key role in driving smarter decisions and smoother operations across our business. You’ll be the link between strategy, data, and execution, helping teams turn insights into action.
In this role, you will:
- Bring clarity through data: Conduct research and analyse trends to uncover valuable insights that support smarter business decisions.
- Identify commercial opportunities: Leverage data analysis to connect insights and identify growth opportunities across the commerce organization
- Solve real business challenges: Interpret complex issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions that make a measurable impact.
- Drive continuous improvement: Proactively suggest and implement optimizations to processes and procedures that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and deliver projects: Manage small to medium-sized initiatives from start to finish, ensuring alignment with Kramp’s broader program goals.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships: Engage with stakeholders across the CEE Cluster, understand their challenges and ambitions, and ensure clear communication and collaboration at every step.
What is this role not about?
This role is not focused on building or owning data products, dashboards, or data pipelines, but on using analysis and insight to advise the business and drive decisions.
Who are you?
You’re a sharp, curious, and business-minded professional who loves solving complex problems with data and insight. You know how to turn analysis into action and how to bring people along with you.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- A completed Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field;
- 3 to 7 years of experience in a similar analytical or business-focused role;
- Fluent in English and Polish or Czech or Hungarian or Romanian;
- Experience in (strategy) consulting is a strong plus;
- Proven ability to manage and engage stakeholders at different levels of the organization;
- A strong analytical mindset and proficiency with tools like Tableau, SQL, or Power BI, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable business strategies;
- Excellent business insight, communication, and advisory skills. You know how to influence, not just inform.
What do we offer?
We are an ambitious, fast-growing, and financially sound organization. You can obviously expect:
- Space for Growth: Continuous development opportunities in an international environment that values modernity.
- Atmosphere That Inspires: Work in a team where creativity, commitment, and ideas are appreciated.
- Projects That Unlock Your Potential: Tasks that not only test your skills but also allow you to develop them.
- Training That Enhances Qualifications: Access to professional training supporting your career growth.
- Attractive Benefits Package: differs depending on location
