The PositionThe Opportunity
Disclosure Note: The position is open on a maternity-cover basis for approximately 2 years.
In the Business & Systems Analyst role, you are responsible for the dedication towards undisturbed business activities by committing to Service Level Agreement. In this role, you will ensure that technological architecture meets user requirements. You will execute the day-to-day activities according to the agreed service level and follow the instructions of the Team Lead regarding the daily work coordination. You will propose process and system improvements across multiple divisions. Contribute continuously to the improvement of the performance of the Finance and Procurement organization.
Handle SAP FI and CO module-related issues and incidents, providing timely support
Conduct end-user and professional training within the organization
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for process improvement
Participate in technology projects, performing functional analysis, testing, and scripted regression testing, while evaluating and prioritizing user requests based on ITIL methodology
Who you are
University or College Education, with a concentration on Finance or Accounting
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) and strong customer centricity and stakeholder management skills

1-3 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in an audit unit or the banking sector; experience in SAP (FI, MM, CO, SD)
