- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with business users, technical leads, and project managers to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Technical Translation: Translate business needs into clear, unambiguous technical requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows (BPMN), and functional specifications.
- Data Analysis & Validation: Work with data owners and technical teams to analyze data sources, define data requirements, and ensure that solutions meet business needs for reporting and insights.
- Documentation & Communication: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring that requirements and process changes are clearly communicated and accessible to all stakeholders.
- Solution Validation: Partner with QA and business users to define test cases and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that developed solutions meet the original business objectives
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field; additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within a technology or data-centric organization.
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and creating business and functional documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into actionable components.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen

- Experience with requirements management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification is a plus.
- Exposure to data, AI/ML, or business intelligence projects.
