Are you ready to join the forefront of technology as a Business Analyst in Netcompany?
As a Business Analyst you will:
- Gather, analyse and document business and user requirements.
- Analyse existing business processes, identify gaps and propose improvements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with developers, architects, testers, Product Owners and Project Managers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Document workflows, business rules, functional specifications and system requirements.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Clarify and refine requirements throughout development to ensure alignment between business expectations and technical delivery.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum delivery within a large enterprise environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and application functionality.
What would make you a fit for the role:
- University degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on software or application development projects.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and functional documentation.
- Proven experience working closely with developers, architects, testers and other technical teams.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement and UAT.
- Functional understanding of APIs, databases and system integrations, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills, with strong English communication abilities.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise or public-sector systems, preferably in procurement, finance, grants or programme management; experience in international/EU organisations or scaled Agile environments (SAFe/LeSS) is an advantage.
