-Able to write requirements in Japanese and create understanding documents as necessary for dev team.
-Japanese Fluency is required. English business level is preferred.
-Knowledge on application design and Insurance Information Architecture is nice to have.
-Knowledge of using tools like JIRA, Confluence in good to have.
-Knowledge on UML, Business Process Modeling is Nice to have.
Skills Required
- 4-8 years experience as an Insurance Business Analyst or similar
- Hands-on experience with ticketing tools (JIRA)
- Able to write requirements and documentation in Japanese
- Japanese fluency
- Experience participating in Agile events and cross-team discussions
- Business-level English
- Knowledge of application design and Insurance Information Architecture
- Familiarity with Confluence
