The Role
Analyze business processes and define system and business requirements. Lead solution design and implementation using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Dataverse). Support SDLC activities (design, development, testing, UAT, release), coordinate integrations, manage stakeholders and vendors, provide post-go-live support, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Experience in requirements definition, system design,
development, and testing (SDLC)
- Hands-on technical understanding to design and review
solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring or leading developers
- Background in financial services or regulated industries
