We are looking for a Bilingual SAP S/4HANA P2P Business
Analyst/Functional consultant to support large-scale global manufacturing
transformation project.
This role plays a key part in global template governance,
regional rollout support, and change management within SAP P2P processes.
You will work closely with global stakeholders, IT
vendors, and business users to ensure process alignment, high-quality design,
and smooth rollout execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Regional / Global SAP P2P
Business Analyst for S/4HANA implementations
- Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and solution discovery
sessions
- Perform impact analysis for change requests and ensure
alignment with global template
- Support architecture decisions, integration design, and
rollout execution
- Review and manage documentation:
- Functional Design (FD)
- System Testing (SIT)
- UAT & Cutover documents
- Coordinate with ABAP and integration teams
- Track progress, manage scope, and support governance
processes
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of SAP experience, with strong exposure to
S/4HANA
- End-to-end P2P (Procure-to-Pay) knowledge
- MM, Procurement, Accounts Payable
- IDoc / API / OData / EDI integrations
- Experience in large-scale manufacturing or automotive
projects
- Global template / multi-vendor rollout experience
Skills Required
- 8+ years of SAP experience with strong exposure to S/4HANA
- End-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process knowledge
- Functional expertise in SAP MM, Procurement, and Accounts Payable
- Experience with IDoc, API, OData, and EDI integrations
- Experience in large-scale manufacturing or automotive projects
- Global template and multi-vendor rollout experience
- Bilingual (language not specified)
- Ability to coordinate with ABAP and integration teams
