Job Description

We're looking for a curious and analytical professional who thrives on solving problems with data. In the Business Analyst role, you'll work with global teams, support key business decisions, and help improve the quality and efficiency of our data operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Processing & Analysis

  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Monitor and validate data completeness, accuracy, and consistency using BI tools and SQL. 
  • Investigate anomalies and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with local and global teams.

Client & Stakeholder Support

  • Respond to client and internal queries with accurate and timely feedback.
  • Attend daily stand-ups to track progress, report blockers, and align with team priorities.
  • Ensure deliverables are met on time and aligned with client expectations and internal KPIs.

Automation & Process Improvement

  • Identify and participate in initiatives to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Contribute to process documentation, QA dashboards, and internal tooling enhancements.
  • Support strategic projects aimed at improving operational workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Communicate and coordinate with product managers, analysts, technical and business teams.
  • Take ownership of sub-projects and drive task execution across global teams.
  • Maintain clear operational documentation and SOPs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-3 years of experience in data operations, analytics, or a related field.
  • Solid SQL skills.
  • Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Great communication skills and attention to detail (crucial when working with data that people rely on to make decisions). 
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Business-driven mindset.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of e-commerce data and industry trends. 
  • Exposure to agile workflows or data product development.
