ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to support and drive the growth of our Capital Markets practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, in a growing team of data practitioners, where you will have the opportunity to deepen and expand your expertise within the Securities Services domain, supporting large‑scale change initiatives for leading global banks and financial services.
This project is with a leading bank as a Business Analyst for Fund Tokenization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for digital asset and tokenisation initiatives, including custody and asset lifecycle processes.
- Design, document, and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional requirements, and end‑to‑end process maps.
- Work closely with Product, Technology, and TA Operations teams to refine requirements and finalise process implementation.
- Support end‑to‑end process analysis across the tokenised asset lifecycle, from onboarding and issuance to custody, settlement, and reporting.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align business, regulatory, and technology requirements for tokenisation programmes.
- Ensure regulatory, control, and audit requirements are reflected in documentation and delivery artefacts. Act as the bridge between business, compliance, and technology teams to support successful delivery.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within banking or Consultant delivering projects within financial services.
- Experience working on digital assets, tokenisation, securities services, or related regulatory initiatives is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated experience producing BRDs, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Understanding of regulated environments and control requirements within banking or asset servicing domains.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
