RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Consultant at Capco, you will have the opportunity to deepen and expand your expertise within the Securities Services domain, supporting large‑scale change initiatives for leading global banks and financial services.
You will work closely with senior clients to deliver large-scale change initiatives for leading investment banks and play an integral role in defining and overcoming complex problems and providing innovative solutions to our clients.
We are looking for exceptional talent with the following:
- Supporting the design and delivery of fund administration and securities services transformation initiatives
- Working with client stakeholders to analyse current-state operating models, identify gaps, and define future-state processes across post-trade, asset servicing, and fund lifecycle activities
- Assisting in the implementation of process, technology, and improvements across custody, fund administration, corporate actions
- Performing operational and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement
- Managing workstreams, prioritising issues, tracking dependencies, and supporting overall team delivery capacity
- Preparing client-facing materials and communicating project progress and risks to clients and stakeholders
SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
- 5+ years’ experience fund servicing operation, with strong fund accounting and administration experience through successful delivery of core responsibilities
- Strong knowledge in the end-to-end Fund Administration lifecycle
- Proven experience delivering or supporting end-to-end fund admin transformation projects
- Ability to analyse and improve operating models, processes, and controls across the fund and asset servicing lifecycle
- Strong requirements-gathering capabilities, including functional requirements, process mapping, user stories, and target state design
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior clients
- High attention to detail, prioritisation skills, and ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin advantageous
