Business Analyst, Sales Operations, Commercial Data & Insights

Role Summary:

Support data process leads with data acquisition, normalization and publishing activities Provide data reporting services to the enterprise.
 

Your Role:

• Extract required data from ERP or other IT systems

• Ensure high level accuracy of acquired data

• Provide high quality data reporting services

• Perform data testing, cleaning, and normalization activities

• Support data process leads in KPI maturity roadmaps

• Exclusively work with standardized design format files and mapping templates

• Support the setup of a ticket system to take in and manage data processing service requests

• Complete data processing service requests within target lead-times

• Team player with excellent communication and collaborative skills

• Other duties as assigned

Your Profile :

• BS or BA Degree in relevant field and / or 0-2 years relevant experience

• Advanced knowledge of English

• Industrial manufacturing experience in data analysis activities

• Should possess high level of affinity with ERP and other IT systems (Oracle, SAP, BPC, Power BI, MS Office)

• Skills in SQL DB, Data Engineering & Data Analytics; python programming is added advantage

• Should be highly responsive and live work ethics

• Able to influence stakeholders to achieve the desired results
