The NAM Operational Excellence Leader drives LEAN practices, coaches teams, implements performance improvements, and enhances customer satisfaction within a manufacturing environment.

Plan, direct, and deliver projects from initiation to completion using assigned teams, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, risk, change control, and stakeholder communication. Maintain customer relationships, manage spending, coordinate matrix teams, report project status, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Serve as primary customer contact to coordinate quotes, proposals, and forecasting.
