Business Analyst (Product Development Processes & Audits)

The ideal candidate will become part of our Product & Technology department under the team of Product developments processes and Audits: This person will become in-charge of the following responsibilities:

• Create complete and correct software development processes requirements specifications (BPMN 2.0 knowledge required).
• Create and maintain software development risk and control documentation.
• Contribute to solution design for software development processes, risk, and controls. Act as liaison between Avaloq, customers and 3rd-party-providers (auditors) for software development processes, risk and controls.
• Analyze findings and new requirements for software development audits (define and test new controls). 
• Provide evidence for internal and external audits.
• Support and participate in customer and internal workshops to explain / demo software development processes to customers and internal employees or collect requirements.
• Provide consulting services to stakeholders regarding software development processes, risk, and controls. 

• Bachelor Information technology or in Business and economics / IT management / equivalent
• Must have BPMN 2.0 knowledge for process modeling
• ADONIS knowledge
• Experience with risk and controls in software development 
• Familiar with the ISAE 3000 or other software development certifications
