What does a successful Business Analyst - IVR/AI Business Development do at Fiserv?
You will play a crucial role in creating seamless customer interactions through advanced IVR technologies. You will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art AI and cloud technology to migrate existing applications and develop new cloud-native solutions. Your technical expertise and dedication to delivering high-quality applications will have a direct impact on enhancing customer experience and advancing Fiserv’s innovative goals.

What you will do:

• Develop IVR applications utilizing the Genesys speech framework.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective IVR solutions.
• Work with AI and cloud technologies to migrate and build applications as cloud-native solutions.
• Produce detailed and insightful reports using SQL, Data Mart, Splunk, and other reporting tools.
• Ensure the integration and functionality of applications within Fiserv’s ecosystem.
• Continuously improve and refine development processes to enhance application performance and user experience.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of application development and updates.
• Perform rigorous testing and debugging to ensure applications meet Fiserv’s high-quality standards.

What you will need to have:

• 2+ years of experience in designing front applications.
• 2+ years of proficiency in .Net and Python programming languages.
• 2+ years of experience working with AI and cloud technologies.
• 2+ years of experience in producing reports through SQL, Data Mart, Splunk, and other reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field, and/or equivalent military experience.
• Current Fiserv systems experience.

What would be great to have:

• Knowledge of IVR and contact center applications, including Genesys framework.
• Experience in the financial services or payments industry.
• Relevant certifications in AI or cloud technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
