About your roleAs a Business Analyst on the Revenue Operations team, you will sit at the intersection of business and technology, translating operational friction into clear requirements and scalable solutions. You will partner with teams across RevOps, Marketing Ops, Engineering, Product, and GPX to identify AI and automation opportunities, define requirements, and drive implementation from discovery through post-launch.

What you’ll doUnderstand internal customers' needs and facilitate setting project goals and objectives — acting as a trusted advisor from discovery through launch
Conduct business discovery sessions with GTM and cross-functional stakeholders to surface pain points and identify automation and AI opportunities
Translate business requirements and process needs into actionable technical requirements, including comprehensive BRDs and user stories
Facilitate meetings for requirements gathering, refinement, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and enablement with GTM partners and cross-functional teams
Partner with GTM systems teams to drive alignment and track implementation through UAT and post-launch optimization across Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong
Conduct testing, track issues, and manage resolution throughout project lifecycles
Manage projects and report on status, setting expectations and timelines across concurrent workstreams
Map, document, and maintain current-state and future-state business processes; contribute to the RevOps Confluence document repository
Deliver user training and present on project launches to GTM and cross-functional partners
Leverage AI tools (Claude, Gemini, and similar) to improve throughput and analysis quality in your day-to-day work
2 to 3 years as a Business Analyst/ Business Systems Analyst in a closely related analytical role (requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, project management)
Demonstrated ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences; comfortable working with GTM systems teams and business leaders in the same conversation
Proficient in creating process flow maps and writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
AI fluency: concrete, daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) with at least one specific example of business impact
