Own end-to-end onboarding for strategic enterprise customers, focusing on transforming and importing complex investment data. Advise on optimal data structures, negotiate scope/timelines with executives, escalate and resolve high-risk engagements, mentor junior onboarding managers, and build scalable AI-supported workflows and tooling to automate and improve onboarding processes.

Lead and build an AI-native demand generation function driving ABM and multi-channel campaigns. Own targeting, budget, measurement, hiring, and cross-functional orchestration to generate pipeline and revenue from named accounts.
