Builds reporting connecting enablement activity to GTM performance, supports revenue process improvements, and uses AI to accelerate content creation, insights, and workflows.

Own go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and customer research for Juniper Square’s fund administration business. Partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Growth Marketing to accelerate pipeline, upsell, cross-sell, and adoption. Maintain expertise on fund administration buyers, experts, reference clients, and market dynamics while using AI tools to improve research and content production.

Leads Juniper Square’s expansion sales and Powered Admin Services functions. Owns expansion quota and personal deals, builds installed-base pipeline and whitespace analysis, establishes qualification and account-handoff processes, develops the administrator partnership channel, hires and coaches expansion sellers, and manages sales dashboards and operating cadence. Partners closely with Customer Success, Fund Administration, RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships while using AI to automate revenue workflows and improve account targeting.

Lead end-to-end operations for junipersquare.com including CMS governance, production publishing, technical SEO, AEO/GEO monitoring, AI-driven workflows, performance reporting, and cross-functional project ownership. Drive site health (Core Web Vitals, speed, uptime), manage agencies, and translate analytics into a content and optimization roadmap.

Designs, builds, and operationalizes AI-powered agents and workflow automation for sales and revenue teams. Responsibilities include automating deal intelligence, rep coaching, communication drafting, opportunity scoring, QBRs, forecasting, and deal reviews. The role also manages Salesforce, Clay, and Gong integrations, GTM data infrastructure, data governance, and reusable agent development while partnering with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing Operations.

Partner with Sales to develop event strategy, target accounts, attendee journeys, budgets, vendors, and onsite execution. Measure pipeline, account progression, ROI, and follow-through, maintaining accurate campaign and attendee data. Improve event programs through performance insights, lead post-event processes, and build automations to reduce manual work. Travel is required for onsite event execution.

Partnering across RevOps, GTM, Product, and Engineering to gather requirements, map processes, identify AI/automation opportunities, create BRDs and user stories, manage projects and UAT, test and resolve issues, and deliver training and post-launch optimization.

The role covers backend and pipeline testing, data integrity, ETL/ELT validation, AI-augmented test development, governance, code reviews, and reducing manual testing. It requires close collaboration with data engineering, product, and data science teams.

Build and operate custom AI agents for private-market clients end to end, from discovery and requirements through deployment, rollout, adoption, and ongoing iteration. Design agentic systems with retrieval, context design, tool and MCP integrations, orchestration, evaluation, observability, and cost controls. Work directly with clients, make product and engineering trade-offs, manage cloud infrastructure, document solutions, train users, and mentor less experienced engineers.
