Position Purpose:
Perform various analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives for assigned function.

  • Perform Value Realization analysis for medical claims initiatives leveraging the Planview tool and Excel to track and estimate savings by initiative.
  • Analyze Healthcare claims data to understand value and forecast future value.
  • Support business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers and user acceptance testing of new systems.
  • Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes.
  • Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects, recommend potential business solutions and assist with implementation.
  • Facilitate meetings and lead projects.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 0-2 years of business process analysis or data analysis experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Preferred: Experience in Value Realization analysis and reporting related to healthcare affordability, Payment Integrity, Cost Containment, or medical cost optimization initiatives. 
  • Preferred: Experience using value realization tools (e.g., Planview or comparable portfolio/value tracking platforms).
  • Preferred: Experience with Healthcare Claims including medical, pharmacy, or ancillary claims.
  • Preferred: Project management experience.

Pay Range: $27.02 - $48.55 per hour

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
