We are looking for a Business Analyst: Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Finance team and perform planning, forecasting, budgeting and analytical activities that provide the insights to support the company's business decisions and overall financial health.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will turn numbers into narrative, building forecasts, sharpening pricing, tracking performance against KPIs and partnering with leaders across the business to drive better decisions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of FP&A and/or Business Analysis or relevant experience in Finance.
- Experience in a relevant industry would be advantageous.
- Experience in developing financial reports, dashboards & metrics.
- Experience in reporting and presenting insights to senior management.
- Relevant BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Finance certification (e.g. CMA or CGMA) will be advantageous
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work well with all levels of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely detail-oriented with a solutions focus
- Team player with highly developed interpersonal skills
- Proactive and results driven to meet tight reporting deadlines
