Skills Required
- CRM experience or expertise is mandatory
- Integration requirements analysis experience
- Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria
- Understanding of APIs and integration concepts
- Experience with CRM business processes, such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, or similar
- Agile methodology experience
- Azure DevOps experience
- Data mapping and process modeling experience
- Autonomous senior or lead-level business analysis experience
- Advanced conversational English
- Advanced conversational Spanish
- Foreign residents in Mexico must have valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC documentation
