- Identify and secure new business opportunities across Europe.
- Develop and implement strategies to tap into new markets and document these in formal plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Assist the tender team in the creation and delivery of effective, client-specific proposals and assist in negotiation meetings up to contract signing.
- Attend industry conferences and events to establish and maintain relationships with partners.
- Actively work towards meeting sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Experience in the offshore renewables or other relevant industries.
- Strong networking skills with a comprehensive industry address book of key contacts and decision-makers in Europe.
- Well-developed understanding of geophysical site investigation projects.
- Strong technical background and the ability to identify the most suitable technology-enabled solutions for customer requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of the latest industry trends.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently while maintaining a strong sense of accountability.
