About Us
Rua Seguridad Corp. is a proudly Filipino-owned, ISO-certified leader in thermoplastic road marking paints, bitumen products, and road safety solutions. Since our establishment in 2006, we have built a nationwide presence and an outstanding track record in supporting major infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor stock levels and consumption of plant raw materials.
Track and control asphalt waste generated during plant operations.
Prepare and execute production planning to meet operational targets.
Promptly report any machine breakdowns to the Operations Head.
Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Production Reports for the Decanting Plant.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related course; technical or vocational training in a related field is a plus.
At least two (2) years of experience as a batching plant operator or in a similar role within the construction or manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with batching equipment operations and basic maintenance procedures.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Willing to be assigned in Bacolod City.
Must be amenable to work Monday to Saturday.
