Our Club Travel team is looking for a Junior BSP Refunds Administrator to join the team!
About the Role
As a Junior BSP Refunds Administrator, you will process refunds and EMD refunds as requested by consultants. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
(This role is planned to be based in Century City)
Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Processing refunds on BSP Link and the GDS system daily.
- Ensuring accurate refund values to minimize ADMs resulting from errors.
- Applying the correct cancellation penalties to each refund.
- Issuing credit notes for processed refunds.
- Responding to refund queries submitted via the Ourweb within 24 hours.
- Following up on refunds submitted via BSP Link .
- Providing support to the BSP Department as and when required.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum National Senior Certificate or relevant Travel and Tourism NQF4 qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- Strong fares knowledge and understanding of airline ticketing rules is essential.
- GDS Amadeus - advanced.
- Knowledge of automated refund calculations and processing refunds on BSP Link.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Team player with good organisational skills.
- Investigative nature

About the Team
The BSP Team serves to support the ClubTravel B2B business, assisting our franchise partners with travel-related queries, and aiming for speedy resolution. This role involves managing franchise client interactions across various channels to ensure a high-quality, error-free service.
Due to high volumes, candidates must be able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and service excellence.
Skills Required
- Minimum National Senior Certificate or Travel and Tourism NQF4 qualification
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
